Find a Doctor Redesign

Finding the right doctor is a key part of the health care journey. From filtering results to booking an appointment, the redesigned experience makes every part of the process easier for patients.

Appointment Scheduling

My goal was to create a seamless scheduling flow for patients. I prototyped and tested multiple concepts before landing on a design that made it easy to book an appointment.

Sharp App

I conducted customer research, created user flows and designed interfaces for a mobile app to support Sharp's transition to Epic EMR, resulting in 500k activations in the first year.

I oversaw Sharp's site architecture, created navigation schemes and designed key user flows, utilizing research and analytics, to make navigating our websites as easy as possible.
