Making it easy for patients to book an appointment without creating an account or picking up the phone.
Keeping the scheduling flow simple for patients
Designing this scheduling flow was challenging because appointment availability was dependent on appointment type. For example, a "Medicare Physical" is a different length than a regular check up and newborn appointments can't be scheduled online.
We designed the flow to shelter patients from unnecessary steps while collecting the information needed to book them into the right appointment.​
