Appointment Scheduling
I designed a scheduling flow that makes it easy for patients to book an appointment without creating an account or picking up the phone.
I kept the scheduling flow simple for patients.

One challenge of this project is that appointment availability is dependent on appointment type:

"Medicare Physical" is a different length than a regular physical

Newborn appointments can't be scheduled online

I designed the flow to shelter patients from unnecessary steps while collecting the information needed to book them into the right appointment.
I designed an easy-to-use interface for booking a date and time.

Patients can easily see which days of the month have availability.

Clicking on a day shows available times.
