We revamped our physician search tool to help patients find doctors who meet their unique health care needs.
Landing page
This design meets the needs of patients who know what they are looking for, while also providing guidance to new patients who are exploring what Sharp has to offer. Users can jump into results quickly by using the search bar or choose a category to get started. The page also includes an A-Z list of all specialties offered at Sharp.
Results
The results page allows patients to easily sort and filter providers to find the doctor that is right for them. Users can refine their search results by medical group, insurance, hospital affiliation and more. They can also view physician ratings when available.

Profile
From years of user research, I learned that one of the key things patients are looking for when they visit Sharp.com is reassurance. Exploring reviews, videos, bio statements, news articles and areas of focus give patients confidence they are choosing a trusted doctor. The upgraded profile design also includes practical information such as patient age restrictions, provider schedules and care partners.
